Terms of Service

Effective date: 3 March 2026.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By creating a Seedli account, buying a plan, or using any Seedli feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

1. You must provide accurate account details and keep them up to date.

2. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. What Seedli Provides

1. Seedli provides budgeting, tax planning, and net-worth planning software.

2. Calculations and strategy prompts depend on data you enter and configured tax settings.

3. Seedli is software, not a bank, broker, payroll provider, or regulated financial adviser.

4. Billing, Plans, and Renewal

1. Paid plans are billed and processed by Stripe.

2. Seedli Tax Pass is a one-off purchase with fixed-duration access.

3. Seedli Plus is recurring and renews monthly or yearly until cancelled.

4. You can manage billing methods and cancel renewals from the customer billing portal.

5. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Where required by law, statutory consumer rights apply. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable once a paid period has started, including partial periods. Cancelling prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively reverse previously billed cycles.

6. Acceptable Use

1. Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or service disruption.

2. Do not use Seedli for unlawful activity or to store malicious content.

3. Do not share account access in ways that bypass plan or membership limits.

7. Data and Privacy

We process data needed to operate your workspace. See our Privacy Policy for details on storage, access, and controls.

8. Intellectual Property

Seedli software, branding, and documentation are owned by Seedli and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal personal or household planning purposes.

9. Planning-Only Service

Seedli provides planning outputs only. You remain responsible for filing, payment, and independent validation of decisions. See the Planning Disclaimer for scope and caveats.

10. Availability and Service Changes

We may update, add, suspend, or remove features to improve security, performance, and product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or incident response.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid Seedli in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using Seedli at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where there is abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be published in-app or on this page with a revised effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Contact

For account, billing, or legal questions, contact Seedli support through your in-app support channel.
